After several months of review
and planning, the new website developed for the Onondaga Bar
Association has been launched.
"This launch represents just the beginning of what we plan
to be a useful tool and benefit to members," explained Joe
Dulin, chair of the Website Committee. The new site
expands the amount of information for both the legal community
and the public at large.
The first phase re-navigates and redesigns the information
from the previous website. Already incorporated is an
expanded CLE section including the ability to register online,
an expanded Lawyer Referral section, with the ability to make
a request online, expanded news and notes, a forms library,
and a wealth of resource links for use by members.
Throughout 2002, even more functionality will be added,
including a sophisticated, but easily navigated calendar
system, an online member directory, the Bar Reporter online,
expansion of the forms library, and the ability to pay for
membership dues and CLE courses with credit cards online.
The new site was designed and built by Trisha Torrey,
IntegriMark Communications.
