The CLE
Committee would like to extend an invitation to join us
at our State and Federal Court CLE. This program
will be held for three (3) consecutive Wednesdays, May
15, 22 and 29, 2002, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the
Persian Terrace at the Hotel Syracuse. The topics
to be covered include:
Pre-trial Submissions and Motions
Conduct of a Trial, "A View From the Bar, A View
From the Bench"
Appeals
Removal and Jury Demand
Third-Party Practice
Discovery
Expert Witnesses
Post-Trial Motion Practice
Federal Appellate Practice
This program will award
six (6) MCLE Credits to those who attend all three
sessions. The credit breakdown will be one (1)
Skill credit and one (1) Professional Practice credit
per week.
