HAS NOTIFIED US OF THE FOLLOWING CHANGES...
The release of decisions,
originally scheduled for
Friday, June 11, 2004,
will be postponed until Monday,
June 14, 2004, at 3 p.m.
The time
for doing any act required by law, the court's rules, or
one of its orders
is extended to 5 p.m. on June 14th, the next succeeding
business day
(General Construction Law §§ 24, 25-a). Filings due
on June 11th will be
accepted on June 14th.
