The New York State Fourth
Department Judicial Screening Committee is accepting
resumes from persons interested in seeking an interim
appointment by the Governor to fill the position of
Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York in
the Fifth Judicial District.
Applicants must be
attorneys in good standing and admitted to practice law in
New York State for at least ten years. Applicants
interested in seeking the position should submit a copy of
