Re: County Clerk Office Hours
The Courts have notified
us, due to the on going renovations at the Montgomery St.
Courthouse,
Court hours will remain 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
until further notice.
Public access to the
Montgomery St. Courthouse will be 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. All
entrance doors to the
Courthouse will be locked at 4:30 PM daily.
Admittance after hours
will be with proper County or Court ID only.
The 2nd floor
County Clerk’s Office will be open to the public at 8:00
AM
and remain open until
5:00 PM for searching records only.
Anyone wishing to search
records after 4:30 PM must
arrive at the Courthouse
prior to 4:30 PM closing.
No one will be admitted
after 4:30 PM.
NOTE: For Filing and
Recording documents the hours
are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
in the County Clerk’s Office.
