PRACTITIONERS:
The Governor signed into
law on August 9, 2005 a bill, A.7255-A, which will
institute commencement of actions by filing a summons
and complaint, instead of by service of process, in the
city courts. The bill takes effect 30 days after the
Governor signed it.”
