The CLE Committee will be
holding an overview of the new Bankruptcy Laws on
Wednesday, September 28, from 12:15 p.m. to 2:00
p.m. in Room 400 of the Onondaga County Courthouse.
Robert K. Weiler &
Michael J. Balanoff of Green & Seifter will present an
overview of these changes to General Practitioners who
wish to be informed of the changes. This program
will only present a high level view of the changes.
