The
rule regarding notice to the court
of a motion undecided after 60 days
from submission or oral argument
[Uniform Rule 202.8 (h)] has been
repealed and in its place, effective
October 1, 2006, a new section
202.8(h) relating to procedures for
pending motions in the Supreme Court
has been promulgated.
