The InterFaith Works of Central New York is sponsoring a diversity conference entitled “Recruitment and Retention: Tools for a Diverse Workforce Conference.” The conference will be held on Tuesday, September 25^th, from 7:45 am to 2:00pm at Syracuse University’s Schine Student Center.

There will be 8 excellent workshops and a technologically advanced luncheon plenary that will include a strategic planning session. Each participant will also receive a boxed “Tool Kit” containing articles, websites, bibliographies, resources, DVD, and other materials that will help them carry this message back to their workplace.
