Justice Court Hours
Hon. Frances A. Ciardullo
Justice
Ciardullo will once again be adopting winter court hours
commencing at 5:30 p.m. so that litigants and attorneys will not
have to travel late during inclement weather.
In addition, please note that
there will be a change in Justice Ciardullo’s DA nights.
Because the court now utilizes a recording device, Justice
Ciardullo will no longer hold court simultaneously with Justice
Burton. Justice
Ciardullo’s next DA night will be held on November 13, 2007 at
5:30 p.m. Justice Burton will hold DA night for
his cases on November 13, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. as usual. Justice
Ciardullo’s court dates and times are as follows:
November 13, 2007 5:30 p.m. DA Night
November 20, 2007 5:30 p.m.
November 27, 2007 5:30 p.m.
December 4, 2007 5:30 p.m.
December 18, 2007 5:30 p.m.
Further information on the 2008
dates and times of court sessions will be published shortly. In
the meantime, please call the court office (695-6177) if there
are any questions.
