Effective January 1, 2008 all civil actions in New York State Supreme Court, Onondaga County, will be on an individual assignment system through trial or other final conclusion.  This applies to all actions pending on January 1, 2008 and all actions filed after January 1, 2008.  After November 30, 2007, there will be no more day calendars or trial calendar calls in Supreme County, Onondaga County.
