Please be advised that the District Attorney’s Office website has
been updated to be more informative and user friendly for the
public. In so doing, a feature has been added for defense
attorneys to be able to make appointments to conference misdemeanor
and traffic maters on-line. On the home page of the site is a
blue box to the left of the page labeled “Misdemeanor
Appointments”. Defense attorneys may click on that box and follow
the instructions to schedule an appointment on-line. For those who
are not as technologically advanced, fax requests and making
appointments via facsimile are still accepted. Internet
appointments will be accepted starting Monday, October 1, 2007.
Marjama Muldoon Partners to Participate
at NYS CLE Seminar
James R. Muldoon and Denis J. Sullivan, partners at Marjama
Muldoon Blasiak & Sullivan LLP, will participate at the New York
State Bar Association's CLE seminar, "Practical Skills-Basics of
Intellectual Property Law" on May 8, 2008. This program provides a
comprehensive view of Patent Law, Trademark Law, Trade Secrets and
Licensing along with Topics and guidance on predicating and handling
IP Litigation. Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Muldoon will be discussing the
