In 2019, the state’s top judiciary Chief Judge Janet DiFiore and Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence K. Marks announced our local courts would begin, in 2020, implementation of Alternative Dispute Resolution programs.

ADR promotes and furthers the goals of the Chief Judge’s Excellence Initiative by attempting to eliminate and reduce case backlogs and improve the quality of justice.
