Understanding Business Valuations

In this presentation Douglas J. Gorman, Esq. and Rick Tidd, CPA/ABV/CGMA, clarify the different approaches to Business Valuations and Standards of Values; including the distinctions between the Asset, Market, and Income approaches, why they are used in different situations, and how they affect various valuations in which attorneys are involved. The current status of Proposed Regulations that could have a drastic effect on family tax planning will also be covered.
