Times are tough right now, we all know it. Renters and Landlords, in particular, are feeling the pinch during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rent and Mortgage payments are REAL, but difficult to make happen during times of high unemployment. A new legislation, the Emergency Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention Act, will definitely impact both tenants and landlords.

This CLE webinar will review this new legislation, and also the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019, plus the Tenant Safe Harbor Act.
