We’ll break to grab a quick bite and then resume our program in a working-lunch fashion with presentations by Onondaga County Family Court Judge Michael L. Hanuszczak, David M. Primo, Esq. and Neil M. Gingold, Esq.

Presenters

Margaret A. Burt, Esq. has specialized in the representation of children, adults and child welfare agencies in trial and appellate courts for more than 35 years. She has lectured extensively across the nation on the topics of child abuse and neglect, permanency issues, the foster care system, and termination of parental rights. She has provided national and local training on such issues as the Adoption and Safe Families Act, the Indian Welfare Act and has consulted on legislation connected to child welfare issues. She is in private practice in Rochester, NY.
