We’re joined, once again, by presenter Grace Zaiman, Esq., Supervising Attorney of the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Central New York, Inc. Pro Bono Immigration Project. She led the February 8th Removal Defense 101 course – but you don’t have to have attended that class to register for this one!

After an overview of what removal proceedings are, Zaiman will take a deeper dive into the paperwork and charging documents, and how they’re is best completed, you will need in court involving removal proceedings. Specifically, this presentation will consider a number of sample Notices to Appear and discuss strategies for entering pleadings and identifying relief from removal.
