Presenters:

Vaughn Lang, Esq. is the General Counsel to the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors as well as being a longtime friend of the Onondaga County Bar Association who’s provided his expertise in the form of a variety of CLE presentations through the years.

Mary E. Gasparini, Esq. is the Principal Counsel of the Attorney Grievance Committee, Fifth Judicial District. A native of Central New York, Mary is a graduate of the George C. Taylor College of Law at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She began her legal career at the Legal Aid Society – Criminal Defense Division in New York City. Additionally, Mary worked with the Hiscock Legal Society as well as serving as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Syracuse and subsequently moved into private practice. Mary returned to public service in 2007 when she joined the Attorney Grievance Committee. Mary is a frequent lecturer at the Syracuse University College of Law.

Anthony A. Marrone, II, Esq. focuses his practice in the area of New York elder law, Medicaid, trusts and estates, guardianships, and special needs planning. Anthony  is also the author of the book, “The Social Media Marketing Blueprint for Lawyers.”  He was the recipient of the 2015 Onondaga County Bar Association Pro Bono Distinguished Lawyer award. A Syracuse native, Marrone is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, Le Moyne College, and the Syracuse University College of Law.

Dennis J. Nave, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the Nave Law Firm. He was born and raised in Syracuse and continues to serve his community in a variety of ways. He obtained his bachelors’ degree from the University of Rochester, his Master in Public Administration degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Security Studies from the Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism and Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
