Understanding Business Valuations

In this presentation Douglas J. Gorman, Esq. and Rick Tidd, CPA/ABV/CGMA, clarify the different approaches to Business Valuations and Standards of Values; including the distinctions between the Asset, Market, and Income approaches, why they are used in different situations, and how they affect various valuations in which attorneys are involved.
