Murphy who, on June 5, 2023, was appointed Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for the NYS Courts Outside New York City and the 2023 Distinguished Lawyer honoree as Susan R. Katzoff, Esq., Corporation Counsel for the City of Syracuse and Of Counsel at Bousquet Holstein PLLC.
