Pursuant to Administrative Order of the Chief Administrative Judge of the Courts [AO/24/17], the Onondaga County Surrogate’s Court is now a mandatory eFiling court for probate and administrative proceedings and miscellaneous proceedings relating thereto for such proceedings commenced on or after January 18, 2017.
