When you attend this Rochester-based CLE you will join the Justices of the Appellate Division Fourth Department as they share their recommendations, tips, do’s and don’ts for effective brief writing and oral argument in the Fourth Department in response to questions by a panel of experienced appellate attorneys.
This program will focus not on rules, but rather on specific practice in the Fourth Department and what you should know about brief writing and advocacy techniques in order to have the greatest chance of success in that court.
After the program there will be a reception where you will have the opportunity to visit with members of the Court as well as your colleagues.
