How the Cloud and Metadata are Changing the Practice of Law

Rapid changes in technology are significantly impacting the traditional practice of law.  This program will provide an overview of the evolving landscape while focusing on data security and cloud computing.  Ethical issues will be considered, including those relating to proper use of technology and data management. Electronic communications will also be explored.
